Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States (48 states).

For orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska, shipping fees apply and are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping to Canada

We ship to Canada. Shipping fees for Canadian orders are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by Canadian customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Moda Jasmine Boutique has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Order Tracking

All orders are shipped with tracking. You can follow your shipment using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Delays

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high demand periods. Moda Jasmine Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing.
