Return Policy

At Moda Jasmine Boutique, each piece in our collection is a designer item available in limited quantities. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Eligible items may be exchanged for another item or for store credit.

To qualify for an exchange, merchandise must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase must be included

Final Sale Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Evening dresses
  • Jewelry
  • Scarves

Clearance and sale items are also final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

Online Exchanges

To request an exchange for an online order, please contact us at shop@modajasmine.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your exchange is approved, you may ship the item back to us or bring it to one of our store locations. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Exchanged items are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued for the value of the returned merchandise.

In Store Exchanges

Exchanges can be completed at either of our locations:

  • Moda Jasmine Willowbrook, Willowbrook Mall, Wayne, NJ
  • Moda Jasmine Bergen, Bergen Town Center, Paramus, NJ
